Join Catherine for this first of a series of monthly sacred circle sessions. This first session will be held on Wednesday March 29 th from 6:00-7:30 p.m. So You’re Going Through a Spiritual Awakening! Now What?
The sacred circle group focus for the month of March will be signs you are going through a spiritual awakening and how to navigate your spiritual journey. You will have the opportunity to share your story struggles and connect with like-minded souls. We will discuss and share our personal difficulties during our spiritual awakening and the major impact it can have in our lives. Such as shifts in mindset changes in relationship dynamics career path and more. I will share the top 5 things I wish I knew during my spiritual awakening. It can sometimes be a very lonely journey as you shift into this new version of YOU and feeling people just don’t resonate with you anymore.

If group discussions are not your thing just yet feel free to set up a private one-on-one session with me. These can be booked in 60 or 90-minute sessions. The cost will be $25 per group session. Space will be limited to 8 members sign-up in advance is recommended but not required. Call the NaCl Spa to reserve a spot!
